Your Role

• Design and develop test automation in complex client environments
• Create end-to-end test automation solutions based on GenAI technologies
• Develop advanced automation solutions using generative AI to improve quality and efficiency
• Estimate efforts, consider impacts on revenue and costs, and develop billing logic
• Adapt and apply agile and other project methodologies
• Collaborate with international teams

Required Skills

• Confident consulting skills and ability to address diverse audiences
• Experience integrating GenAI solutions into existing IT systems
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, libraries, container platforms, and cloud-native tools
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing GenAI solutions and automating complex testing processes
• Mentoring, architecture, and code review experience
• Fluent in German and English
