Metalshub is a B2B SaaS scaleup on a mission to digitalise one of the world's most traditional industries: metals and mining. We need someone bold to join our marketing team!

Procurement, sales, and trading in this sector remain manual, opaque, and inefficient. We're changing that by providing tools for industrial buyers and suppliers to work smarter, with greater transparency, faster execution, and more resilient supply chains.

What your day-to-day looks like

You will coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing efforts. From setting up automated workflows in HubSpot to identifying effective channels, you'll shape our entire GTM engine.

This role combines creativity with sharp analytics: building and scaling campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and possibly webinars, as well as offline activations and in-house events to connect with the right audience at the right moments.

You will design our marketing architecture, own our CRM and funnel reporting, and orchestrate buyer journeys from initial contact to closing.

This is a T-shaped role: broad marketing understanding with deep expertise in CRM automation and funnel optimization. You ensure processes flow smoothly and scale effectively.

You'll partner closely with:

  • Frederik, COO and team lead, known for his strategic approach
  • Sofi, Brand Designer, responsible for visual branding
  • Samir, Content Marketing Manager, who transforms ideas into SEO and stories

What makes you the one

  • You are a generalist with a specialization in CRM, data automation, and structure
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience in a startup or agency
  • You are proficient with HubSpot beyond basic usage—building automations, workflows, and leveraging it for marketing
  • You are analytical, curious, and capable of turning insights into actions
  • You are precise, fast, and organized in managing your calendar and tasks
  • You think broadly like a generalist but excel in CRM, marketing operations, and analytics

How success looks like:

  • CRM and marketing automation operate smoothly with clean data, clear reporting, and smart workflows in HubSpot
  • Integrated campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, events) consistently generate qualified leads
  • In collaboration with Samir, continuous fine-tuning and optimization of inbound strategies to attract quality leads
  • Alignment of GTM efforts across Marketing, Sales, and Product with shared insights, feedback loops, and a seamless customer journey from first contact to close
