Senior Industrialization Consultant (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and execute industrialization projects both nationally and internationally. The role involves planning, tracking, and validating industrialization and ramp-up schedules, coordinating interdisciplinary milestones, and documenting progress and action plans. Regular status reports will be required for project leadership, management, and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Passion for topics related to the supply chain
• Technical expertise with an academic background, preferably in engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrialization projects
• Knowledge of value stream analysis, lean production, shopfloor management, and quality methods (8D, 5S, PFMEA, VDA 6.3)
• Ability to think conceptually and implement solutions
• Fluent in German and English, team-oriented, independent, proficient in MS Office, communicative, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours
