We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join a vibrant team in Athens, Greece.

Salary : €1400 per month, plus a performance bonus of up to €300

Key Responsibilities :

• Offer technical support and troubleshooting in the German language.
• Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.

• Fluent German and proficiency in English.
• Experience in technical support or a similar field.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to relocating to Greece and working onsite.
