Planet Pharma are working with a Global Medical company, who are seeking a Technical Assistant to join their team on-site near Bielefeld. You will play a key role in ensuring the aseptic production process runs smoothly. Your main responsibility will be to observe, evaluate, and improve production procedures while coaching teams on best practices. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will regularly educate employees on correct aseptic behavior and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee aseptic production steps, ensuring all processes align with industry standards
  • Monitor and document employee behavior in cleanroom environments
  • Provide immediate corrective instructions in the event of process deviations
  • Ensure proper documentation within batch records
  • Conduct cleanroom studies and assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize aseptic workflows
  • Support continuous improvement projects related to aseptic processing

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field)
  • No industry experience required, but training ability and strong communication skills are essential
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for production teams
  • Willingness to work morning and evening shifts, with occasional night shifts
