The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics team, responsible for the monitoring, analysis & trading decisions around brand marketing channels (digital and offline). This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the commercial business steering and ensures that a triple digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, marketing, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.


WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)



  • You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. digital marketing ads platform data, offline channel data, marketing attribution data) with a focus on connecting the dots between brand marketing investments and their impact on brand health and business metrics
  • You contribute to the development and implementation of measurement frameworks and products to capture the effectiveness of Brand Marketing investments. This includes suitable marketing and business KPI selection, benchmarking as well as supporting the conceptualization of new measurement solutions
  • You drive the creation and maintenance of automated self-service reporting solutions for our stakeholders and collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency (including data quality assurance)
  • You function as a sparring partner for the Brand Marketing teams on analytics and measurement topics, and enable them to effectively leverage analytical resources for decision-making



WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF



  • You’re proud of your degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related data-driven equivalent.
  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role within a marketing context.
  • You have a profound experience with SQL and strive for automation with Python, Google Apps Script, R or similar.
  • You have a solid understanding of marketing attribution or tracking schemas and worked with related tools or systems (e.g. GA, Adjust).
  • You can gather, clean up, and transform data from various sources to enable convenient insights creation.
  • You have advanced skills around visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder centricity (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • When you see a problem or analytical question, you latch on and cannot let go until it is solved, always questioning the validity of the results.
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, enjoy working independently, and taking on responsibility. Your great communication skills would enable you to drive projects with different teams across the organization.
  • Your oral and written English is business fluent.
