Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive at Ontinue, you will drive new customer acquisitions within the German mid-market segment (500 to 20,000 users). Your responsibilities include consultative selling, building strategic relationships, and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, industry events, and outbound outreach to develop a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers to position Ontinue as their preferred cybersecurity partner.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitors to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales quotas, focusing on acquiring new clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in value-based selling within complex IT environments, preferably in managed IT services.
- Strong interest in digitalization trends and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of SOC-aaS, Cybersecurity, and Microsoft Security is advantageous.
- Experience working directly with customers, adopting a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
- Fluency in both German and English.
