Your responsibilities with us:
- Support assigned customers and handle customer orders comprehensively
- Identify, understand, and implement customer requirements in line with customer needs and internal processes, collaborating with other departments
- Ensure the implementation of all specific requirements and agreed delivery deadlines, including preparing, processing, and tracking delivery time reductions
- Contribute to expanding electronic order processing
- Create and analyze specific reports
- Handle online supplier portals
- Prepare customer-specific certificates (origin certificates, factory certificates, RoHS/REACH declarations, etc.)
Ideal qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably AS400 or M3) and MS Office
- Independent and reliable working style, organizational skills, and conflict management abilities
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
