What You Stand For

  • Responsibility for planning, developing, and providing IT services (Service Lifecycle Management)
  • Initiating, planning, and ensuring the change and new development processes of services, including Service Level Agreements
  • Ensuring the existing and future IT service model planning
  • Compliance with IT processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, ISMS, Data Protection, Change Management, Release Management)
  • Risk planning and management for scheduled service changes
  • Planning and managing IT budgets for services (e.g., MTP, Forecast), billing methods, and cost distribution
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of IT strategy and architecture roadmaps

What You Bring

  • Completed (technical) university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience (>5 years) in IT service and application management, with excellent knowledge/certification in Technology Business Management and ITIL (V3/4)
  • Good knowledge in quality, budget, and risk management, as well as service delivery/transformation; experience with SCRM or other agile project management methods
  • Willingness to propose and implement unconventional, creative ideas
  • Ability to derive effective and appropriate solutions
  • Structured approach to task management
  • Active promotion of collaboration by involving all stakeholders
  • Attention to self and others
