Join IU and become part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to making quality education accessible to all. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the integration of efficient payment and contracting solutions and deliver seamless processes for students and internal stakeholders.
This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs./week) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a modern, scalable service to manage all student contract-related processes and payment processes.
- Develop and optimize a new service covering all contract-related aspects of the student experience, understanding the current solutions facilitating data transfer and interpretation between systems.
- Maintain detailed product plans, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and resource allocation, balancing short-term solutions with long-term value creation.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders across markets, finance, and the Workday ERP team to foster alignment and ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of payment and contracting solutions, driving adoption, monitoring performance, and iterating on features for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with a Scrum team of 5 engineers and UX designers to ensure timely delivery, prioritizing features, managing release schedules, and aligning with business and user needs.
Your Profile
- Proven success in delivering products and features, especially within payments, finance, or corporate domains.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B/B2C or scale-up environments, focusing on complex, process-driven features.
- Background in software development or experience solving complex technical challenges is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of simplifying complex processes into user-friendly solutions.
- Experience with Adyen, Stripe, Workday, or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to engage stakeholders transitioning to a product-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
