Responsibilities:

• Independent consulting for clients in various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Responsibility for implementing SAP projects from start to finish.
• Managing national and international SAP SuccessFactors projects independently.
• Developing innovative solution concepts, including new services applying the latest technologies and compliance requirements.

Skills Required:

• A degree or several years of professional experience in human resources.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification with project experience.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, EC Time, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation is desirable.
• Willingness to assume responsibility for results.
• High client focus, engaging manner, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
