Role Overview

As Resource Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors within the Site Management function of the Erection and Commissioning department. Your responsibilities include coordinating staff assignments, identifying resource needs, and ensuring efficient resource use across global project construction sites. You will also participate in strategic planning and collaborate with project management, HUB managers, and other functions to ensure proper staffing. The role involves interaction at Siemens Energy office locations and may require international travel.
