Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH is seeking a CO Process Expert to support cross-application consulting and the implementation of CO template processes across various process areas, including quality, development, production, logistics, and investments.

Your responsibilities include supporting system migrations from SAP R3 to S4/HANA for HC legal entities, defining process and solution designs, leading worldwide roll-outs, and supporting key users globally. You will operate confidently in international projects, contribute to IT projects like SAP/R3 and S4/HANA, and support transformation initiatives in finance and controlling.

Qualifications

• Completed (specialist) university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or comparable.
• Extended process know-how in controlling, SAP ERP/R3, S4/HANA CO-module, and related areas.
• Experience in process requirements recording, project management (PEP and agile), and project implementation.
• Excellent moderation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work hybrid, with regular in-office meetings.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
