Quality Black Belt Business Unit High Voltage Products (f/m/d), Mannheim

This position is for a Black Belt Business Unit (BU) High Voltage Products responsible for leading local or global task force teams to resolve major quality issues using Lean Six Sigma, APQP, or similar methodologies.

You will coach teams through real cases or case studies to drive business results and enhance skills across the BU and regions (HUBs). This role can be fully remote within Europe, with a focus on skills and experience over location.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and implement projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and shorten cycle times, enhancing customer satisfaction.
2. Provide project updates and reports to management.
3. Consult with leaders to diagnose and solve organizational problems, creating team processes for better results.
4. Support deployment of BU Quality strategy by utilizing Black Belt and Green Belt resources, aligning projects with strategic goals.
5. Lead or support strategic Black Belt projects across global regions and BUs.
6. Mentor and coach Green Belts through certification and ongoing development.

Your background

1. Over 8 years of experience in manufacturing and business environments.
2. More than 5 years of leading Lean or Six Sigma projects.
3. Proven leadership and influencing skills at all organization levels.
4. Strong analytical skills with data, statistical, and graphical analysis.
5. Ability to foster collaboration and value diversity.
6. Capability to manage change effectively.
7. Excellent root cause analysis skills (DMAIC, 8D, A3, 3 Legged 5 Why).
8. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Willingness to travel up to 50% to other locations/factories.
