Junior Full Stack Entwickler

Location: Berlin, hybrid

Contract: Permanent

Our client is a large company with 2,000 employees across major cities in Germany, offering several digital products and services that simplify daily life for their customers.

They operate in a dynamic e-commerce environment, with agile processes, flat hierarchies, and rapid development cycles.

They are seeking a Junior Full Stack Entwickler to enhance their product’s customer-friendliness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Completed IT studies with excellent grades (e.g., computer science, media informatics, business informatics) or training as an IT specialist
• Good knowledge of software development using languages like C#, Java, PHP, Python, Go, or other modern programming languages, with initial experience in web or mobile app development
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB
• Interest in front-end technologies like TypeScript and React
• Initiative and motivation to advance the product, team, and personal development
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills

Responsibilities:

• Developing new features using the latest web technologies
• Collaborating with the product management team to understand and implement business requirements
• Further developing and maintaining the overall architecture (frontend, backend, databases, caches, etc.)
• Participating actively in code reviews, pair programming, retrospectives, IT meetings, and other processes
• Taking responsibility for complex topics early and acting as a contact person for related questions
• Expanding knowledge through tech talks, expert chats, tech days, and workshops
• Enjoying a flexible work schedule with four days in the office and one day remote or from home
• Supporting personal growth through training and regular feedback
