Job Description:

Purpose of position

This role is designed to work closely with Awin's agency partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are kept up to date with Awin products, technology, and partners. The successful candidate should be able to recognize up-selling opportunities whilst further developing and strengthening our partnership with the agency.

Key Tasks

  1. Monitor inbound enquiries from agencies, responding in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  2. Identify agency partnership opportunities and work closely with the agency to understand needs and educate them on how Awin can benefit the client and agency.
  3. Proactively approach agencies to increase volume of agency business through new business opportunities as well as cross and up-selling Awin products, partner solution, and technology contributing to overall Awin success.
  4. Drive relationship with key agency stakeholders via regular conference calls, in-person at agency events, and 1:1 meetings with agency staff.
  5. Work with internal global stakeholders on global agency partnership development projects to ensure consistent experience across territories.
  6. Align with internal stakeholders to utilize the Awin approach with agencies and meet market needs.
  7. Propose new, creative suggestions for agency partnership development, working closely with local and global stakeholders.

While the above outlines general expectations, the role is expected to evolve, providing opportunities to gain knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace. As a dedicated team member, you are encouraged to develop skills that can serve as a foundation for upward progression within the company.

Skills & Expertise

  1. 2 years' account management or sales experience, focusing on affiliate marketing or related online marketing disciplines.
  2. Native-level German speaker with business fluency in English.
  3. Understanding of all performance marketing channels.
  4. Confidence in using Salesforce; advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
  5. Experience with LMS or eloomi content generation is a plus.
  6. Strong communication skills, capable of asking the right questions to identify client needs.

Applicants should have a good understanding of affiliate marketing and Awin's role in the industry.
