We are currently seeking an Account Manager (f/m/d) for Italy and Spain in our Berlin office, part of our ambitious B2B Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers based on targeted campaigns and establish Lampenwelt as a key supplier in Europe.
  • Qualify and handle all incoming customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate and finalize projects in collaboration with our lighting design experts.
  • Develop creative customer engagement concepts, in partnership with the B2B marketing team.
  • Drive business development within your region.
  • Prepare offers and process orders.

Prerequisites for Success

  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken, with good English skills.
  • Professional, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferably experience in B2B sales.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in telephone or face-to-face sales.
  • Resilience, high self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
