Target Value Design Expert

Seeking an experienced Target Value Design (TVD) Specialist to join our pharmaceutical construction team for a 12-month contract. You will lead our collaborative cost management approach, ensuring project delivery within established budgets while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Target Value Design methodology throughout project lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between designers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct continuous cost estimations and value engineering analyses
• Identify and manage cost drivers specific to pharmaceutical / GMP environments
• Balance compliance requirements with budget constraints
• Lead TVD workshops and decision-making sessions
• Report on cost performance metrics and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical construction management
• Demonstrated expertise in Target Value Design implementation
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical validation processes
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with construction cost estimation tools and methodologies
• Experience with Lean construction principles
