Are you passionate about working with numbers and constantly seeking ways to improve processes?

Become part of the 4flow controlling team. Engage in analyses, reports, and key figures for a leading global provider of supply chain consulting, software, and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services. We are looking for a new team member at our offices in Berlin or Dusseldorf.

Your New Responsibilities Include:

• Financial analysis and reporting – preparing and evaluating KPIs to support management decision-making
• Optimizing business processes – developing and implementing new controlling tools and analytical instruments
• Reporting and data management – enhancing existing reports and creating new ones
• Target and as-is analysis – conducting sales, cost, and variance analyses to assess company performance
• Budgeting and forecasting – leading budget planning and forecasting processes; ensuring strategic alignment through ongoing analysis
• Collaborative communication – maintaining close contact with specialized departments, business line managers, and management

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, or have relevant controlling experience through an apprenticeship.

• Excellent communication skills in English facilitate effective collaboration.
