Site manager in the field of safety technology (m/f/x).

What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the technical and timely execution of the construction phases/trades assigned to you in the area of building security.
• You will be responsible for assigning and supervising internal and external installation personnel with regard to work performance, work quality, adherence to working hours and deadlines.
• You will ensure the economic availability of personnel and materials and be responsible for acceptance, instruction and training at the customer's premises.
• You are responsible for the permanent target/actual comparison of order performance in terms of costs and revenues.
• You act as an interface to planners, project managers and specialist departments.
• You monitor all safety regulations (UW, DIN, VDE, VDS, etc.) and other regulations and standards relevant to execution.
• You will also be responsible for switching on systems and implementing the services ordered in the specifications.
• You support the preparation of installation planning, supplements and measurements as well as documentation.
• Accompanying official acceptance procedures, preparing invoiceable order documents and assisting with project controlling and supplement management round off your job profile.

What you should bring

• You have completed specialist vocational training with experience and/or a qualification as a technician, master craftsman or comparable additional qualification or experience, e.g. as a safety technician, electrician or electronics technician.
• You are characterized by an assertive, resilient and team-oriented character and are flexible.
• You are characterized by solution-oriented action, organizational skills, customer orientation, resilience and pragmatism.
• You have several years of professional experience and good knowledge of the installation and commissioning of building technology systems (e.g. KGR 440, 450, 480 HOAI) as well as knowledge of building law (e.g. VOB, HOAI).
• You can demonstrate knowledge of safety technology as well as advanced knowledge of VDE, VdS, VOB/B and general contract law.
• You also have PC and network experience as well as a class B driving license.
• Knowledge of MS 365, MS Project and AutoCAD, basic BIM 3D knowledge is an advantage.
