Responsibilities include:

• Handling Helpdesk calls and logging tickets
• Resolving issues and answering inquiries
• Providing First and Second Level Support for IT users
• Executing documented service procedures on client IT systems

Required skills:

• Practical experience in IT support
• Solid knowledge of Windows infrastructure
• Experience installing and administering client operating systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
