We focus on our clients' data and processes, and you will act as an Automation Specialist (all genders) in implementing cutting-edge IT topics like Intelligent Automation.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

1. Advising our clients on the technical and business implementation of process automation solutions with a focus on Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
2. Leading customer projects and workshops focusing on intelligent automation deployment, sustainable process optimization, automation governance, and operation.
3. Identifying new automation potentials and evaluating the associated added value for our clients.
4. Covering the entire automation value chain — analyzing (PDD), optimizing, designing (SDD), technical development (TDD), monitoring, and operations.
5. Developing and establishing best practices, such as coding standards, artifact reusability, and testing.
6. Actively participating in business development activities and thought leadership.
7. Holding a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
8. Applying your analytical mindset to develop a good cross-industry understanding of our clients' business processes and workflows.
9. Bringing experience and ideally certification with leading automation tools like UiPath, BluePrism, AA, or Power Automate.
10. Being a team player with excellent communication skills.
11. Having an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, eager to act as a pioneer.
