Contribution to multidisciplinary teams with own scientific expertise to achieve corporate and customer goals of challenging drug discovery projects.

Independent planning and review of research projects, including scientific literature review.

Planning, development, implementation, and optimization of protein production workflows.

Characterization of challenging proteins using state-of-the-art biochemical and biophysical methods.

Preparation of relevant project documentation (e.g., project plans, SOPs, scientific presentations, technical reports).

Presentation of scientific results and effective communication of content to colleagues, customers, and business partners.

Your profile

PhD in protein biochemistry or related field with an excellent track record.

Strong knowledge of rational construct design, protein expression (bacterial, insect, mammalian), chromatographic purification techniques, purification process optimization, and protein characterization methods.

Profound knowledge in structural biology (X-ray or Cryo-EM).

Hands-on mentality with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Great interest in scientific project management.

Experience with industry-standard operational management tools such as LIMS systems.

Independent, service-oriented work style with excellent organization and communication skills, and a strong team spirit.
