Role Objective

To strengthen the region’s commercial performance by implementing and coordinating below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, managing cross-functional projects, and increasing the visibility and awareness of the group’s brands across the assigned countries.

This is an operational role, requiring strong field presence and regular interaction with Country Managers and the central marketing team.

Your Profile

Education & Background

  • University degree required; education in Marketing, Communication, or Business is a plus
  • Initial experience in a commercial or marketing function is an advantage

Languages

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Fluent French (priority), with strong command of Italian and Spanish
  • Native speaker in at least one of these languages

Work Style & Soft Skills

  • Hands-on approach and strong focus on execution
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
  • Living near a well-connected international airport is a plus to facilitate mobility

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Office365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiar with key digital platforms and social media
  • Commercial mindset with a strong sense of accountability

What you will do

  • Plan and implement local promotional campaigns in the retail channel
  • Organise regional events, point-of-sale visibility, and local communications
  • Create and deliver marketing and commercial presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Support sales teams and distributors with materials and tools
  • Track results and gather market feedback
  • Independently manage marketing and commercial projects across countries
  • Drive brand visibility and recognition across Southwest Europe
