To support our location in Butzbach, we are looking for an immediate hire for a commercial employee (m/w/d) in the Leitstand department.

Responsibilities

From day one, you are an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks to achieve high customer satisfaction:

• You are responsible for truck dispatch and manage order loadings during daily operations.
• You are the direct contact for our customers and partners in freight forwarding, answering questions about ongoing orders.
• Reklamation management — investigating reasons for returns or complaints and helping to resolve issues.
• You contribute to process optimization by participating in continuous improvement of workflows.
• You assist with ongoing IT projects at the location.

Required Skills

In a team, you work proactively and collegially, always maintaining the right tone with your contacts. Your experience and high flexibility help you stay organized, attentive, and solution-oriented. You bring the following skills:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in logistics, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk, logistics specialist, or transportation/business economist.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications and ideally some experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize and find solutions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and appropriately.
• An analytical approach, affinity for numbers, and confident demeanor.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
