Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement System Governance procedures & execute control processes for the Dayforce Platform.
  2. Develop & execute best-in-class Reporting and Authorizations concepts for the Dayforce Platform.
  3. Support implementation of HarMoney Payroll project within the framework of the Global Payroll & Time Strategy.
  4. Design and implement a future-ready Digital Operating Model.
  5. Ensure compliance, data protection rules, and compliant AI usage in owned Systems & processes.
  6. Maintain, update, and optimize all interfaces and integrations to support a seamless end-to-end payroll process.
  7. Steer GBS+ Dayforce application support team (resources, knowledge, documentation).

Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and/or IT.
  • Ability to develop, execute, and align global HR Cloud Systems in the area of Payroll & Time Attendance.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships and maintaining close communication with internal/external stakeholders and HR community.
  • Knowledge of HR Payroll, Time & Attendance Processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
