Your contribution :

  1. You develop and implement corporate strategies in close cooperation with the management and make a significant contribution working closely with the board members.
  2. You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  3. You evaluate and prioritize project ideas and potential M&A targets based on strategic goals and their economic feasibility.
  4. You plan, initiate, and manage projects from the concept phase through to successful implementation together with senior management.
  5. You identify process improvement potentials, implement best practices, and create presentations and analyses for management decisions for continuous development and efficiency improvement.

Your Profile

  1. Successfully completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or project management from a renowned university; a PhD is desirable.
  2. You have several years of professional experience in leading strategic projects and project management, ideally in an international environment.
  3. You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a high affinity for numbers and data.
  4. You have proven implementation skills in strategic and operational projects.
  5. You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership and teamwork skills, and have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
