About this Position

As part of our innovative EIMEA application engineering team at the Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf, you will actively support electronics and e-mobility projects to shape the future of the automotive world.

What you´ll do

• Execute technical tasks with a strong focus on customer needs, prioritizing assignments involving adhesives.
• Perform laboratory procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including setup, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and methods.
• Prepare laboratory reports, charts, and tables, and draw preliminary conclusions.
• Develop and support operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods.
• Participate in and support complaint root cause analysis and corrective action planning for all product-related issues.
• Work with microdispensing equipment and adhesives within our electronics product portfolio.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a technical or laboratory environment, where chemicals are handled.
• Preferably knowledge of adhesives or material testing as well as dispensing of adhesives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
