Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, install, and verify cable, connector, and electronic component systems onboard and possibly other maritime products. This includes:
    • Pulling, crimping, and connecting cables
    • Installing components such as relays, cable glands, terminal strips, switches, etc.
    • Assembling various electrical parts, devices, and internal wiring within cylindrical boat structures or tight spaces
    • Confecting connectors onboard or in the workshop
    • Self-inspection and testing of pulled, assembled, and connected cables or components according to testing instructions
  • Document according to testing instructions.
  • Familiarize yourself with technical documents and implement optimizations if necessary.
  • Potentially take on training responsibilities in the future.

Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or comparable qualification.
  • Preferably several years of professional experience in the described tasks.
  • Ideally, possess a trainer qualification.
  • Self-reliant, structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility and quality consciousness.
  • Cooperative and communicative team player.
  • Quick learner with good comprehension skills, capable of handling challenging environments.
