VIE Junior Marketing Product Manager - Germany HF

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager for Exterior Sun Protections (f/m) in our Exterior business, on a V.I.E mission.

What is a French International V.I.E?

This position is based in Rottenburg am Neckar (Stuttgart region), Germany.

Duration: 12 to 18 months

Reporting to a senior product manager within the Product Competence Center.

Main responsibilities include:

Managing the product portfolio for the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets, focusing on Exterior & Outdoor Living projects, especially motorized sun protections controls and sensors, in collaboration with R&D and Marketing teams in France.

• Define product specifications in partnership with customers such as Somfy International.
• Coordinate product launches with sales, marketing, communication, training, and logistics teams.
• Plan and manage product phaseouts.
• Test and qualify new products.

Frequent business trips to our headquarters in Cluses, France, are expected.

Qualifications:

Bac+5 (Business, Marketing, or Engineering)

Technical skills and interests: Affinity for connected products.

Experience in product management is not mandatory; however, a background in marketing (internship, part-time, student, or first job) is appreciated.

Proficiency in: Excel (cost forecasting), PowerPoint (advanced level).

Soft skills: Curiosity, agility, analytical mindset, proactivity.

Language requirements: Fluent in English and basic German.
