About the Role

We are hiring Czech-speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to support a major social media platform. You will work from our Berlin office, helping SMBs grow through digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and manage marketing campaigns for clients
2. Advise clients on advertising strategies and ROI improvements
3. Provide support via phone, email, and chat
4. Build and maintain customer relationships
5. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
6. Identify trends and escalate complex issues

What We Offer

• Salary: €2,750/month (or €33,000/year)
• Performance bonus up to €687/month
• Relocation support: up to €1,500 from outside Germany, up to €700 within Germany

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English (B2+)
• At least 1 year sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of social media/digital marketing is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
