Tasks & Accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

1. Act as Digital focal point and BI expert for all the Reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and end users satisfaction.
2. Be the responsible person for BI projects.
3. Develop BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden rules.
4. Provide End to End solutions focused on business outcome and User Experience.
5. Leverage technical trends and new technological possibilities (state of the art). Be part of the team that analyze and decide the BI tools that will be used.
6. Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale.
7. Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.
8. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Digital solutions.
9. Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape. Continuously work on further simplification and consolidation of this landscape.
10. Provide specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance and Evolution of relevant BI Information Systems.
11. Coordinate the communication with other Digital areas.
12. Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
13. Manage and deliver projects (OTOQOC) in an agile way to implement new functionalities based on the business processes.

Required Skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

1. At least 4+ years of experience in the required domain.
2. Extensive technical knowledge in BW and experience in BW developments (both with BW On HANA and, specially, on BW4HANA).
3. Experience on SAC and on BPC projects.
4. Technical knowledge in BO tools: experience in BW and BO reporting tools (Webi, Analysis for Office) is highly convenient. BO Administrative skills are desirable.
5. English: Advanced level required. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial.
