Join the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team

We focus on maintaining and optimizing technologies within the Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in safety, compliance, and safety program implementation.
  2. Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
  3. Collaborate with teams to leverage technical expertise and develop solutions.
  4. Learn all aspects of site-based RME roles.
  5. Manage projects or tasks as directed.
  6. Work on shift to stay connected with the team.
  7. Travel to other Amazon locations for training and development as needed.
  8. Work alongside technicians to understand daily challenges.
  9. Lead small to medium teams of technicians, developing management skills.

A Day in the Life

We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals for the Graduate Engineering Manager role, our entry-level management position designed for recent graduates in engineering disciplines. The role offers technical and managerial experience to prepare future site leaders, focusing on equipment availability and preventative maintenance compliance.

Relocation assistance is available, and flexibility to move between locations is required during the program.

Minimum Requirements

  • Recent graduation or progress towards a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (CEFR Level B2+).
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards, Microsoft Office, CAD, PLC systems, project management, CMMS, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Automated Warehousing.
  • Leadership experience and up to 2 years relevant industry experience.
