IT Specialist in 4-day week (36h) - Shape the human-machine relationship of tomorrow with us.

YOUR TASKS

• Managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, network, storage and databases, both on-site and remotely at our international locations
• Support of VMware environments and preparation for migration to other virtualization platforms.
• Management and optimization of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure) and network security measures (firewall, VPN, EDR).
• Setup and maintenance of Active Directory and IT security concepts.
• Development and implementation of backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensuring smooth IT operations with a focus on efficiency and security.
• Remote support and training for employees at international locations.
• Collaboration with external service providers and internal teams to implement IT projects.

What You Bring With You

• Completed studies in computer science, information technology with professional experience or a comparable qualification (e.g. training as an IT specialist in system integration) and/or several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Sound knowledge of system and network administration, especially Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure).
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and network security (firewall, VPN).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• High level of personal responsibility and enjoyment of international collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team on IT topics
