AWS DevOps Engineer – iGaming

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of high-availability systems within the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for building and automating cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of gaming platforms, real-time APIs, and player data systems. Working closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams, you’ll help optimize performance, scalability, and reliability in a high-demand gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure tailored to iGaming workloads
• Automate CI / CD pipelines for game platform deployments and service updates
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Monitor production systems for performance, latency, and uptime using CloudWatch and similar tools
• Implement container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS) to support dynamic game server scaling
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards specific to the gaming industry (e.g., data security, logging)
• Troubleshoot live issues with APIs, load balancers, and DBs under real user traffic
• Collaborate with backend engineers to fine-tune service delivery across regions

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or real-time B2C platforms
• Hands-on with Terraform / CloudFormation, Docker, GitLab CI, and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of game infrastructure challenges such as live uptime, scaling under peak load, and regional deployment
• Strong scripting in Bash or Python
• Fluent in English; strong communication with cross-functional teams
