  2. Support customers during hardware bring-up, system integration, and feature enablement.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
  4. Contribute to prototyping, performance tuning, and customization of embedded systems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and system stability.
  6. Document requirements, technical solutions, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Strong C/C++ programming skills in embedded environments.
  2. Solid understanding of embedded software architecture and real-time systems.

  4. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Hands-on experience with live and post-mortem debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, Trace32).
  2. Familiarity with ARM architecture and low-level driver development.
  3. Understanding of bootloaders, secure boot processes, and system security.
  4. Exposure to virtualization concepts and memory management models.
  5. Knowledge of standard automotive interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, USB.
  6. Experience optimizing system performance and analyzing kernel internals.
  7. Comfortable working directly with external customers and partners.

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
