Transformation Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Aufgaben

  • Strategy Design & Implementation: Support the development and execution of corporate transformation strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Change Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support stakeholders in adapting to transformation efforts.
  • Process Restructuring & Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Business Unit Support: Collaborate with different business units to translate their strategic goals into actionable plans, helping them execute and implement transformation initiatives.
  • Organic & non-organic growth: Generate business cases, lead due diligences, and identify synergies.
  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Develop and execute integration plans, align organizational structures, and optimize processes post-acquisition.

Qualifikation

  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation roles.
  • Previous experience in a top-tier consultancy firm is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in business English and German.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of financial modelling, business valuation, and synergy realization.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Strong skills in leading organizational change, aligning stakeholders, and managing resistance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong drive to change the status quo and to be persistent.
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude.
