Under the direct supervision of Branch Management, you will be responsible for recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. Your duties include identifying, expanding, and deepening customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services. You will provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately processing transactions and fulfilling service requests. Supporting the operational integrity of the branch is also essential. You must demonstrate proficiency in all customer channels, including digital technology. Achieving individual and branch team goals is expected. Flexibility to work across multiple branch locations to meet customer needs may be required.

This position requires passing a credit check in accordance with 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

You will operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. You must submit the necessary information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.

  • Partnering with internal departments like insurance, mortgage, and others to meet financial needs.
  • Supporting branch operational integrity.
  • Proactively prospecting at in-store locations.

Qualifications include:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience. Required
  • Experience: Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience. Required
