The Automotive Aftermarket division manages Schaeffler's global spare parts business. We offer a hybrid working model combining office presence in Frankfurt am Main with home office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Identify business and technical dependencies.
• Define user stories and requirements documents in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
• Specify interface requirements within complex IT landscapes.
• Collaborate on defining target IT architectures with the corporate architecture team.
• Ensure software quality through functional and integration testing of new deliverables.
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Work closely with Product Owners, technical architects, and Key Users across backend and frontend systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, PIM, SAP Commerce).

Your Qualifications

• Several years of international experience, preferably in management consultancy, technology, or digital agencies.
• Experience in software development or implementing complex system architectures.
• Knowledge of agile development processes, ideally as a business analyst or requirements engineer.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation and dependency mapping between digital customer touchpoints and backend systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects.
• Understanding of IT architecture and internet technologies for web applications.
• Software development skills (e.g., object-oriented programming) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); certifications like IREB or ISTQB are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German and other languages are beneficial.
