Your Responsibilities

1. Assist in analyzing e-government requirements within the legal framework of the public sector.
2. Conduct business analyses considering administrative law and other legal bases.
3. Provide professional advice to clients and independently manage projects with legal components, acting as a liaison between clients and software development teams.
4. Formulate legally compliant requirements and support the review of tender and contractual documents.

Qualifications

• Completed the 1st and 2nd State Examination in Law with satisfactory grades and gained practical experience in administrative law, possibly through a position at an administrative law faculty.
• Strong IT affinity and basic understanding of digitalization challenges (software development) are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in procurement law is a plus but not mandatory.
