As an Industry Advisor, you will drive commercial success by developing insights and innovations, leading consultative customer engagements, and enabling others on industry opportunities. You will serve as a subject matter expert to engage decision makers, identify, assess, and nurture new business opportunities leveraging Microsoft’s products, partner offers, and industry solutions. We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional with deep knowledge of manufacturing design, simulation, fabrication, and supply chain processes.

This role offers flexible work options, including the possibility to work from home 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive account-based revenue by defining and implementing industry strategies across manufacturing accounts (e.g., digital product design, agile shopfloor, resilient supply chains, connected products).
  • Foster innovation through envisioning and ideation sessions, developing multi-horizon roadmaps for new capabilities.
  • Build and secure market-making partnerships by leveraging relationships with CxOs and senior executives.
  • Create thought leadership assets and best practices to enhance business success and Microsoft’s reputation.
  • Promote industry perspectives and innovations externally and internally to boost credibility and brand recognition.
  • Continuously evaluate personal skills, development, and contributions to team success.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales within manufacturing or industry-focused consulting, driving digital transformation or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields, combined with experience in enterprise sales in manufacturing or relevant consulting environments.

The starting salary for this role is from 133,000 Euros per year, depending on experience.
