Global Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

As part of BPR&DX, the project manager will take on roles for Global HC transformation and other multiple projects, collaborating with the business process champion as the business owner and the business process architecture team.

The focus is on business value delivery, enabling stakeholders to scope the value of end-to-end business processes and make appropriate business decisions in a timely manner.

As a project manager, responsibilities include driving and leading the project team, collaborating with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at each project phase checkpoint, such as:

• Business case development (value, ROI)
• Target Operating Model around process, data, governance, tools/solutions, and organization
• Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
• Communication management
• Preparing and executing change management
• Addressing stabilization phase, and validating project achievements for signoff

Qualifications include:

• Extensive project management experience, ideally in transformation projects
• Experience in Human Capital or Human Resources, or managing HR Transformation projects
• Strong global communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus
• Diversity & Inclusion management skills
• Leadership qualities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methods
• Ability to lead cross-business teams and convert requirements into action items
• Effective planning and organizational skills

Additional preferred skills:

• Change management experience
• Agile, Scrum Master, Product Owner experience or knowledge
• Business Architect experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering, or related fields
• Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma
