Application & Product Manager (all genders welcome) for Offshore Engineering Structures

Within our Business Field Critical Infrastructure Integrity, we offer services to ensure the integrity and reliability of Offshore Engineering Structures. We provide a data-driven approach to Structural Integrity Management, enabling lifetime extension for aging offshore facilities. Our holistic approach includes engineering services such as fitness for service assessments, risk-based inspections, and structural health monitoring.

What you can expect

1. Technical responsibility within our request and development process for specific products and services.
2. Managing the technical application roadmap for your products and services.
3. Driving optimal technology selections for structural health monitoring (SHM) systems for offshore fixed and floating structures in the Oil & Gas and renewable sectors.
4. Orchestrating single or multi-projects within our research and development teams.
5. Developing and maintaining in-depth understanding of application areas related to your products and services.
6. Acting as the main contact for internal customers and as interface between stakeholders and the development team for feedback and changes.
7. Supporting the transfer of market requirements into technical specifications and contributing to risk assessment processes.
8. Establishing and representing effective technical solution proposals.
9. Ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of your products and services, including compliance and security.
10. Conducting customer visits to provide technical input and gather field application feedback.

What you bring

To be part of the Rosenxt family, you should demonstrate team spirit and a structured work approach. Additionally, you should have:

1. A degree in a relevant technical field such as Offshore, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Several years of professional experience in offshore structural engineering or structural health monitoring.
3. Exposure to relevant SHM technologies, including frequency sensors, data acquisition systems, and ancillary systems (power and data communications).
4. Experience with data analytics and AI/ML tools.
5. An understanding of customer requirements.
6. Experience with complex technical requirements.

Excellent strategic thinking skills
