Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales within SaaS/e-commerce industries
  • Experience in B2B sales with knowledge of sales techniques and benefits-oriented communication
  • Experience presenting SaaS products and explaining technical concepts simply
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Strong relationship-building skills and openness
  • Creativity and independence
  • Willingness to learn and explore new solutions
  • Native or fluent in German
  • Very good English level (min. B2)

Tasks

  • Managing client relationships during trial periods to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new clients and long-term users of our product
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating users about product capabilities and developments
  • Reporting and analyzing progress
  • Optimizing and improving customer success processes
  • Conducting market analysis on trends, competition, and consumer needs
  • Managing sales via CRM systems
