As part of our highly motivated team, you will be instrumental in ensuring consolidation and reporting for the LAB14 Group and optimizing our financial processes.

Your mission

• Ensuring legally compliant accounting and consolidation of the Lab14 Group for various reporting purposes, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Independent preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Supporting our national and international subsidiaries with reporting issues and requirements
• Definition of account assignments and monitoring of intercompany transactions (partner companies, reconciliation accounts) as well as intercompany reconciliation
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of our group accounting processes and support in the use of the Tagetik consolidation software
• Acting as an interface between auditors, specialist departments and subsidiaries to clarify consolidation issues

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant experience in an auditing company and/or in group accounting of an international group
• Sound technical knowledge in the field of accounting in accordance with HGB and, if applicable, IFRS and consolidation is a prerequisite
• Confident handling of Microsoft products, especially Excel and ERP systems desirable
• Very good written and spoken English and good communication skills
• High level of motivation, ability to work in a team, and solution orientation
