Are you enthusiastic about embedded software and customer contact? Do you consider software development complete only when a feature runs reliably in the target system? Join our team for Operations & Projects, where you support customers in configuring and integrating Vector Embedded products through support, technical workshops, troubleshooting, and project work. Bring your expertise in embedded systems to find the best solutions for real-world applications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing errors, creating concepts, and supporting integration with specific project or technology focus
• Enabling customers in the application of our embedded products
• Developing the service portfolio for near-product services
• Coaching customers via phone, email, remote sessions, or on-site

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience dealing with technically skilled customers
• Programming skills in C and/or C++ for embedded systems
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), Linux, or similar operating systems is desirable
• Good German and English skills
