Your Role :

• Take charge of implementation projects for cloud-based workforce / time management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, UKG PRO WFM).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate end-to-end project delivery.
• Oversee planning across budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring targets are met.
• Manage change requests during ongoing projects and work closely with your team to propose and implement alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with technical consultants who will support you with system-specific expertise for client communications.

Your Profile :

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and a strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies.
• Interest in IT systems and motivation to grow in IT consulting.
• Familiar with time management tools like UKG PRO WFM, SAP HCM PT, SAP SuccessFactors Time, or similar.
• A proactive team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany to client and company locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both German and English.
