IT Auditor (m / f / d)

We are looking for a Business Assurance (Internal Audit) IT Auditor on a permanent basis to support our Internal Audit services across Europe. Based in our German Head Office in Berlin, you will report to the Head of Business Assurance EU and collaborate closely with Cybersecurity teams. Your role involves engaging with local and regional IT Departments to execute the Business Assurance / Internal Audit plan and assisting with IT Compliance projects, particularly in Germany under KRITIS legislation.

We seek a dynamic, resilient, adaptable self-starter capable of building rapport across all organizational levels and delivering high-quality work consistently.

1. Support risk-based and ongoing assessments of core IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business support processes.
2. Lead KRITIS cybersecurity audits every two years, managing 8 projects.
3. Contribute to the coordination and prioritization of the Audit Plan to focus on high-risk areas.
4. Engage with various business units to promote Business Assurance as a trusted advisor.
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance cybersecurity advisory capabilities within Business Assurance.
6. Minimum of 3 years of IT Audit experience, preferably in internal audit.
7. Knowledge of KRITIS / ISO 27001 is advantageous.
8. Experience with SDLC audits is a plus.
9. Possession of CISA (or similar) certification or willingness to obtain it.
10. Proficiency in SQL; experience with R and Python is beneficial.
11. Ability to work independently.
12. Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
13. Experience with data analytic tools like ACL or Diligent is advantageous.
14. Healthcare or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
