As an IT support specialist, you will work closely with the internal IT team to ensure smooth operations and provide technical support to employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing challenging IT support for internal and external customers
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components
• Participating in the improvement and development of IT infrastructure
• Analyzing and resolving technical issues at 1st and 2nd level support
• Training and assisting users in applying IT systems
• Testing software and hardware, and documenting results in detail

Your Profile

• Completed education or degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in IT support, preferably in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Practical experience with networking technologies, Active Directory, and virtualization
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Teamwork, initiative, and a structured approach
