The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive , you'll be responsible for driving new business across DACH region / EMEA, identifying and converting new logos into long-term clients. This is a strategic hunting role , targeting large enterprise customers and managing complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Run the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to close
- Own and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using MEDDIC methodology
- Pitch to C-Level execs and tailor value propositions to specific business challenges
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
What Does Success Look Like? Consistently closing €100K+ enterprise deals while positioning yourself as a trusted partner in the industry.
What You’ll Bring :
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise accounts
- Comfort presenting to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Deep understanding of strategic sales frameworks (especially MEDDIC)
- Exceptional lead-generation skills
